Initialisation

Our foresight helps us recognise decisive factors at an early stage.

In the initialisation phase, we start by determinig the project idea. This gives us a first impression. However, at this stage, many questions are still unanswered. We now gather the information we need to create an initial project idea with a sufficient level of detail and to develop a conclusive approach.
By asking the right strategic questions during this initial phase, we make sure our clients don't invest too much time and capital in projects that are not feasible.

The further development process is based on the fundamental strategic decisions made in the initial phase.

In accordance with the required level of detail, we will either perform a feasibilty check or conduct a feasibility study to ascertain whether a project is at all feasible.

Steering

Keeping your project on track.

In project steering, we assume delegable client tasks and coordinate project participants whilst ensuring that information flows in a target-orientated manner and the right decisions are made.

We continuously evaluate risks, develop solutions and ensure that project management provides the necessary impulses to carry out the project with foresight and in a target-orientated manner.

In accordance with each project-specific approach, we either perform project steering tasks as direct client representatives or act as client consultants.

Controlling

We create transparency.

Transparency and a farsighted perspective are crucial to managing a project correctly.

For management purposes, we conduct strategic controlling with a view to long-term goal achievement and operational controlling for the short-term review of milestones.

The basis for target-oriented reporting is the establishment of the right structures early-on in the construction accounting department so that, based on an ongoing reporting, any deviations can be detected at an early stage.
